** Food Vendors are responsible for providing the city with current Food Handlers Permit Verifications.
** All Vendors are required to obtain a Special Event License from the Utah State Tax Commission at the park on the day of the event.
** Fee will be waived for Registered Non-Profit Organizations (LIMIT 1 BOOTH)
