** Vendors that choose the 10x10 grass area are responsible for providing their own shade.
** Food Vendors are responsible for providing the city with current Food Handlers Permit Verifications.
** All Vendors are required to obtain a Special Event License from the Utah State Tax Commission at the park on the day of the event.
** Fee will be waived for Registered Non-Profit Organizations (LIMIT 1 BOOTH)
Deadline for proof of Food Handlers Permit Verification and Application with Payment of $40.00 will be July 15, 2009. Mail check to Harrisville City at 363 W Independence… 84404
**Booth times are from 10 am – 10 pm Saturday only. Set up time for booths is 8:00 am on Aug 1st.

Harrisville City reserves the right to ban the sale of any inappropriate material in the Harrisville City Park during Heritage Days 2009, on August 1, 2009.
